For Joe, cars have never simply been a business. They’ve been a lifelong obsession.

With an instinct for finding exceptional cars, an eye for the details that make a particular example special, and a reputation built on relationships and trust, Joe has grown Joseph Quinn from a passion into the business you see today.

Whether sourcing something incredibly specific, finding the right home for an important car or simply advising a client on what comes next, Joe’s approach has always been the same: personal, straightforward and driven by genuine enthusiasm.

Today, Joe remains at the centre of JQL — buying, sourcing and selling some of the world’s most desirable cars while building long-term relationships with collectors and enthusiasts across the UK and beyond.

Joseph Quinn was built around a simple idea: deal in the cars we love, work with good people and do things properly.

Ben brings a slightly different background to the JQL team. An entrepreneur at heart, he has spent much of his career building, growing and successfully exiting businesses across the life sciences and technology sectors. But away from business, cars have always been the obsession.

A lifelong enthusiast and collector, Ben’s passion for special cars and the people behind them ultimately brought him together with Joe and helped shape what Joseph Quinn is becoming today.

At JQL, Ben works across the commercial and strategic side of the business, helping drive our growth while ensuring we never lose what makes Joseph Quinn different: great cars, genuine relationships and a personal approach.

For Ben, it’s simple, build the kind of automotive business we’d want to deal with ourselves.

Jacob’s passion for cars has always gone hand-in-hand with his love of photography. Particularly at the circuit, where capturing the speed, detail and atmosphere of performance cars became the perfect combination of the two.

At Joseph Quinn, Jacob is responsible for bringing our world to life visually. From the cars that pass through our doors and the stories behind them, to events, track days and everything happening behind the scenes, he helps make sure what you see reflects what we’re about.

A genuine car enthusiast first and marketer second, Jacob understands that the details matter — whether it’s the specification of a special car, the perfect angle for a photograph or creating content that actually feels like Joseph Quinn.

Special power?

Years spent as a barista while at university.

Which means, alongside photography, marketing and cars, Jacob remains the most qualified member of the team to deal with the coffee machine. (it’ll actually taste nice!)

With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Simone brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, including her time at Fairmont, where she already knew the site, the cars and the world we operate in long before Joseph Quinn arrived.

As our Office Manager, Simone is the person keeping everything — and everyone — in order.

From vehicle paperwork and administration to organising the cars, supporting the sales team and making sure the day-to-day operation runs exactly as it should, Simone is at the centre of life at Joseph Quinn.

In a business where the smallest details matter, her organisation, experience and ability to stay one step ahead make her an invaluable part of the team.

Knowing where everything is, what everyone should be doing and which piece of paperwork they’ve probably forgotten.

If Joseph Quinn looks organised from the outside, there’s a very good chance Simone is the reason why.

Tom brings decades of experience working with some of the world’s most desirable supercars and performance cars, with an exceptional depth of technical knowledge across Porsche, Ferrari, McLaren and many more. Having built a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, technical expertise and an uncompromising approach to quality, Tom joining Joseph Quinn marks an exciting new chapter for the group.

Tom will head up our newly launched Servicing & Maintenance division, bringing the same standards of care and expertise to our clients’ cars that we apply to sourcing and selling them.

From routine servicing and diagnostics through to complex repairs, inspections and ongoing maintenance, our aim is simple: to become the trusted home for the cars we know and love.
